The Network’s journey over the years has been enriched by many friends and colleagues whom we worked with and met. We are saying bon voyage and best wishes to our dear friend Dr To Minh Thu, Deputy Ambassador from the Embassy of Vietnam as she is leaving London at the end of her term.

Our former Chairman, Amb Warwick Morris OBE has this to share about Dr Thu, which sums up perfectly our thoughts and appreciation for the friendship and collaboration that the Vietnam-UK Network has with Dr Thu during her time in London:

“Diplomatic life inevitably involves comings and, sadly, goings. We must now bid farewell to Dr Thu, who has held the important position of Deputy to the Ambassador in London for 4 years. During this time she has worked for no less than two Ambassadors, and most ably been in charge of the changeover. Throughout her time in London, and despite a heavy Embassy workload, she has always been a great help to the Vietnam – UK Network, providing advice and supporting our events. I much appreciated this and enjoyed working with her during my time as Chairman. We shall miss her. I wish her every success in the future.”.
